BANQUET HALL ROOM RENTAL INFORMATION
GENERAL INFO:
- Rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis for seminars, workshops, lectures, craft fairs and other non-food functions.
- Room Rental Rates are based on the recommended seating capacity and may be subject to adjustment depending on the date and time of your event.
- Room may be changed at the discretion of the Banquet Manager to accommodate multi use of the facility. Every attempt will be made to accommodate all customers.
RATES:
- All rates include basic water service for participants.
- Room Rental rates will be reduced depending on the amount of food and beverage ordered.
- Function times other than standard times noted may be subject to different rental charges based on day, time, and amount of hours desired.
- Additional time charge may be waived depending on the amount of overtime and if there are other events prior or subsequent to your function.
AUDIO/VISUAL AND EQUIPMENT
- Equipment available at no additional charge (excluding Lounge):
- Reception table
- Podium with one microphone
- 8’x12’ stage
- Please inquire regarding additional or other audio/visual equipment. Equipment brought in on own by customer are subject to approval by Banquet Facility Manager.
PARKING
- Parking available on premise in garage structure.
- A flat rate will be charged with validation.
- Hosted parking is available with prior arrangements with on-site Banquet Manager.
RESERVATIONS
- Please contact our office for date/time availability – Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, excluding holidays.
- Security Deposit of $500.00 required.
- Room Rental Rates are subject to change as well as the current Hawaii State General Excise Tax and Service Fee.
